First time coming up north to Door County and this place did not disappoint. Owners and staff are super friendly and friendly as well. We showed up right after the off season and this place was very peaceful. My wife and I will be coming back here again.

This is our first time coming to this hotel. It is very clean and the front desk is very helpful. If there is anything that you need they take care of it right away. It was very nice here and even though we came during the office season it was very quite which we liked. Our room has a lot of space and I liked there was a refrigerator. Unfortunately we didn't try the spa however gives us an excuse to come back here.

The front staff was uninterested when I reported on my room’s unpleasant smell, which was almost as bad as the smell. I work in hospitality myself, and do not like giving negative reviews, but I just can’t let this go. Hopefully, the owners have already taken care of the odor problem and the other issues noted below. Maybe I just caught them during a rough week. I came to Fish Creek to attend a half day workshop.
