Very happy with my haircut today and service was lovely! It was so quick and easy to book an appointment as a new customer, so convenient booking through sms. Reminder message was sent too. I was sat down straight away and offered tea/coffee/water. I had a few inspiration photos and the stylist did a great job with my long long straight fine/thin and damaged hair. I now have a healthy and layered cut above my shoulders. It suits my face and I will definitely be back later this year.

Can’t believe I have to wait all day to get an answer yes or no if I can get my hair done. I rang the mobile number in the morning and after waiting for a while to get a reply most of the morning was gone. Texted number which was on the site after chatting no help I have to contact the store my self. ( why is this number on the site if they can’t help) I have been at the studio a few times getting my hair done . Still no reply at all when I phoned in the morning . Very poor service
