This Doctor is asked us to wait an extra week before running lab tests on my daughter. Once we waited and submitted the lab specimen. He went on vacation without informing us we would have to wait an extra week to findout the resluts. So our insurance change and Dr James Setter in Yuba City CA is on our new list. I called for new patient . They girl confirmed they except our insurance Athem Blue Cross, she tells me that she has to ask the doctor if he will accept my husband!! She will call back. Did not hear back, so I called her. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes
