I have been wanting to try this takeout place and it exceeded my expectations! sushi here are so well prepared; fresh but they have umami flavors! It’s best to order ahead, and it was worth the extra step. This will be favorite place for pickups.
I have tried three different desserts, all very disappointing. The sushi, etc is inconsistent at best, nasty brown avocado, really? Surprised Modern is still in business.

They have a very tasty chirashi bowl with a good variety of fish. Takeout only.
Great place to grab a curry and a sashimi meal! Top notch selection of pastries and desserts and I rely on them for my supply of excellent loose leaf tea.
