I would not recommend. I was told I would get a discount for digging out the hole. But upon arrival, they said it wasn’t a discount, I would just not be charged for them digging the hole. Very different conversation. The younger guy was uppity and would only shrug when I asked questions. It’s not worth dealing with that for a septic pump and dump.

I have been using Setser for septic needs at least 5 years. Great company. They go above and beyond to get the job done. I will always remember the time we called to have the tank cleared, not knowing exactly what my septic problem was. I believe we had a clog right where tank was, and I didn't know it. The man that came out cleared it for me, making sure I had a working septic before he left. A guy came out today to empty our tank, and was very kind.
