Setronics not only subs out all the work they win but they are also tremendously unprofessional, unresponsive and incompetent. They delayed my project due to ineptitude and caused many issues once we were operational that could have been avoided with an ounce of expertise
I hired Setronics to help with an existing camera system when I leased a new space. At first I appreciated their prompt response and I decided to proceed with using them to reactivate the existing cameras. I spent $12,000 with them. If you are looking for a company that has 0 concern for your ultimate happiness or satisfaction with their service I would recommend you hire them. If you want someone who cares hire someone else. These guys are a disappointment.
