I highly recommend SetPoint Rx for anyone seeking personalized attention, expert guidance, and a motivating fitness experience. It is a boutique fitness program where every fitness capability can achieve goals in a supportive and motivating environment. The sense of community is amazing. Staff and members are the friends you need to motivate and guide you. Everything a big gym has to offer including personal training and group classes in a comfortable, smaller motivational environment.

My wife signed up for set point RX and paid the full amount of $600 up front. Then when the pandemic hit, they shut down business after less than a month. It took months to contact Keith Johnson who is running this facility. He said he would refund our money and I had voicemails to confirm that. It came down to me having you threatened to take them to court. I told him that we should be refunded $550 to which he verbally agreed to.
