Please do not fall victim of this business. We paid a lot of money for brand new ductwork to be installed in our home. After repeatedly contacting them to let them know we were still having problems with AC, they started ignoring calls, office lady would lie to hide the owner saying he’s not in the office if you would go into office. We were finally forced to hire someone else and this is the mess they found that Setpoint did. Please beware and use caution if hiring this business.

Called two months ago to try to get someone to come out and give a quote to have four mini-splits installed, wanting to have it done before it started getting hot. I was told they were busy, but someone would call to set it up. I waited a few weeks before calling back to follow up- left a message, and nobody ever called back.
