Shane and each pharmacist or/team member are extremely kind, they really take care of you, Shane knows his clients by name, he remembers people. As an Indigenous person I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who has had a shoppers drug mart experience. They are not racist, or discriminatory. they do their job and make your visit painless. Out of business with no notice. Now we're scrambling to get my elderly mom's medication for tomorrow. Totally left everyone in the lurch
This pharmacy was amazing just a short 5 wks ago. Now they are all over the place after changing ownership. Today they couldn’t fill my prescriptions and suggested I go to Save On Food’s pharmacy because they are having order issues and problems with the Wholesaler. Was told this situation will not change anytime soon. Let’s not even discuss one of the folks behind the counter who decided that they are more knowledgeable than the doc who wrote my prescription and decided to short the prescription based on what they “think.” ... read more
Great pharmacy, Shane is always there to help!
I love this pharmacy, they pharmacists and assistance are always working hard to ensure you get your medication and if they don't have something, they will get it as soon as possible. If it's urgently needed they can contact another pharmacy of your choice for you to get it filled. They are all super friendly and make the experience feel very personable. They have prescribing pharmacists for easy to diagnose issues that don't require a doctor which is a bonus.
