Giving 2 stars only because of medical assistants. My doctor is wonderful. Spent nearly 30 min on the phone waiting to speak to a medical assistant so I can get my prescriptions refilled that I am completely out of. Apparently the online portal is down. The woman on the phone actually asked me how to spell each medication, both of which are common. I take a generic version for one of these, and I'm not a doctor, so I don't know the generic name off the top of my head. I had to spell this 20 times to this woman on the phone o... read more
Do not use Dr. Shahid Ali. She is unprofessional. She’s very rude and doesn’t know how to present herself as a doctor. It took her two months to figure out how to get a prior authorization processed. She blames all her faults on her poor assistant. I am very happy to switch to Dr Barry. She is the doctor anyone wish to have.
Love my doc! This location is efficient and easy to access. Everyone here is always pleasant and the COVID-19 measures are appropriate and easy to manage.
