Really bad service. If your not white, you're not right. It felt different being in this office. Staff are just unhappy as if they are not taking care of the kids but i exclude our speech therapist. She is the only one that gives a better feedback and advice regarding my son's improvement and really doing her job that gets involved with the parents. Our PT on the other hand just looks stressed and unhappy and doesnt provide any feedback. After I left my son to her because I have to grab some food, she never said anything but... read more
I REALLY want to thank Rachel Swanson, M.S. CCC-SLP Speech-Language Pathologist. She is the best! Very professional, empathetic, sincere, understanding specialist. I am grateful for the exceptional support she provided during our sessions. My child loved visiting this center and always felt comfortable in Rachel's company :)
Treatment made the patient significantly worse. Entered the program with the ability to walk short distances unassisted. The only symptoms were pain and difficulty walking. Left the program 6 weeks later, unable to walk even a single step unassisted, with numbness in feet, and legs giving out causing hard falls, and much more pain. Doctors Katy and Carla were not helpful.
So disheartened💔 My 20 month old daughter attended several occupational therapy sessions at this facility. Being a NICU baby she is very reluctant to try new things and needs some time to warm up so I knew this would be a challenge for her… but she has 3 other therapists that have a great relationship with her after they worked to build confidence with her so I figured she’d eventually like it.
