Staff was friendly and I got reminder calls for my appointment. Paperwork was quick and I was taken in within 5 minutes of my appointment and everone was very profesional. Great experiance.
Waited for an hour and a half after being told to show up early for paperwork. 11/25/19 Needed an x ray. A senior citizen who was obviously distressed was sitting across from me for (she said) 2 hours with another senior. Not one worker checked on them the entire time. The desk workers are not personable at all and treat you like another number. Ask a question regarding care or paperwork, receive a sarcastic response. Never a bad experience, pre scheduled appointments seem to fair better in wait time.
As far as MRI's go, this was a great experience. The staff at the front desk were very kind and thorough. The technician who performed my MRI was incredible. She let me know everything that was happening all through the MRI. I was scheduled for an MRI in St. Catharines Ontario Canada November 7th, 2019, 3 months from today. Seton imaging had my appointment in 3 days.
This place stinks. They don't know how to manage walk ins and appointments. Prepare to wait for hours, literally.
