I was very impressed and pleased with Setmore customer service. It was so easy to schedule a meeting and the facilitator was wonderful to work with. It seems very straightforward and is very reasonably priced.
I like most everything about Setmore booking. What I don't like is (1) the client being able to put just a first name that shows up on the calendar (I have a lot of Johns, and Williams, and Matthews, etc. I would like to be able to see at a glance the full name so I know which John is coming in. (2) if the client signs in using google or facebook, it show that ID on the calendar. I don't have a clue who "texasluver2" or "chevyman" are. I need a first and last name.
