Seth came out to help us with a trailer issue on a Sunday when we were stuck at a gas station four hours from home. He was able to get us fixed up and back on the road. Highly recommend!!
Highly recommend Seth and BRS Drivetrain and Auto! We hit a huge log on the highway traveling from Ohio back to New Jersey with our kids, damaging the radiator, fan, and badly denting the front frame. After calling about 8 mechanics, Seth was the one who took us in and got us back on the road. He went above and beyond to repair what he could and make sure the car was safe and drivable for the trip home. Truly grateful for his honesty, kindness, and excellent service! 🙏
My 2000 VW bug was dying when at a complete stop. Went to O'Reillys in Fairborn as the mechanic requested, for a free diagnostic test. No codes were being provided. i used AI on the internet, and texts with Seth for him to conduct a potential repair. He repaired the crankshaft sensor connector, as requested but said the wires were fine and to return the other potential part. This business is great! I’m here from Michigan dropping my daughter off to school. Car messed up, it’s my alternator. Texted their business, explained what was wrong, and 30-35 minutes later someone arrives to fix my car. The guy was very professional and efficient with his work. Thanks to him my car is riding great and I’m headed back home now safely. I truly appreciate your business and recommend you to everyone in the area!!!!
