Had insurance with State Farm with Seth very unprofessional and disrespectful to clients and expensive car insurance canceled a policy that was sent to his office on certain date then had submitted it 5 days late causing pen dot to send me letter doesn’t give his name on phone call nor give you customer service number then finally fixed everything right way after telling customer service wouldn’t recommend the office

The one time I ask for a better rate, Don tells me ~$270/month, rushes me to sign, then I find out my actual payment is $495. That’s not a mistake—that’s misleading and dishonest.
