Easton PA location. I’ve been with State Farm Walizer Agency for 8 years and never once bothered them for anything. The one time I ask for a better rate, Don tells me ~$270/month, rushes me to sign, then I find out my actual payment is $495. That’s not a mistake—that’s misleading and dishonest. We were in a bind and on a time crunch to get our Certificate of Insurance for our business. To put it simple…we were panicking. While I didn't speak with Seth this year, I had the pleasure of speaking with his colleague, Don. I never had such excellent customer service the way he provided it. It was the first time I didn't feel like number. He initiated a conversation (nothing about insurance to start); he got to know me first and the topics felt relatable.
