My mom had an appt. She arrived on time, in fact early. There were signs on the door that they are using a new system and be patient. She waited in line over 15 minutes. Got checked in. After 10 minutes the receptionist that checked in her called her over and told her that the dr said he would not see her because she was late….the receptionist goes on to say, I KNOW YOU WERE NOT LATE and I told him that but he said no you were late and he is not seeing you!!
