Very hard office to get any answers from. You leave a message but no one calls you back that can answer your questions! Office nice, Dr. Ok but never got a call back when I needed help.
Dr. Steineburg was great explained everything clearly and I learned a couple of things I didn’t know
First visit was great. Never had this procedure before, Office staff were welcoming and helpful. Dr. Steinberg spent time with me - even if it was an extra 2 minutes - he definitely didn't just breeze in / out of the exam room. He explained things, made eye contact (which sounds basic - but - I can't tell you how many times it HASN'T happened elsewhere) - and made me feel very comfortable, while also conveying the seriousness of any aspect of what we were scheduling.
