Seth Robb’s bedside manner is excellent. He also did a good job explaining procedure. My advice to clinic is to provide patients that have possible skin cancers removed with handouts giving instructions for care of wound. . It was given to me verbally, but I was stressed and did not retain all I was told. I called the office the day after and was given thorough after care instructions by a nurse.
