Getting a properly written prescription that needs a prior authorization is next to impossible. It has been over 2 weeks without his prescription. I call every day and, every day I am told that someone will call me back, but I have yet to get one call back from the office! I am currently #5 in line on hold for the refill line for the nurse to speak with me.................awful!
