I’ve been here for a few visits. often I have to wait (last time I waited 45 minutes to be seen… and no one cares- no apology,no update.etc.) Ingram acts disappointed that I’m not in more pain… like I’m wasting her time. I had to demand an MRI and therapy- she didn’t seem to care that I was in a lot of pain. I got the results of the MRI and they said they would refer me, but they never made the referral.Recently,it took me 10-12 calls just to get a prescription filled! Dr. Elder is very personable. I've been a patient of his for many years. I would like to comment on my hospital visit for a week. During my weeklong stay I felt very 'cared' for. He, his volunteer associate and the specialist and team visited me almost every day. I believe he was there every day. I understood my treatment plan and hospital plans clearly. My aunt had an appointment with Dr. Ingram. If anyone equates rude, brash, and cold to 'telling it like it is,' then she definitely does that! If you're a robot in need of a Rheumatologist, Dr. Ingram is the answer.
I have been seeing Dr. Grover for 20 years. I left once and regretted it with one visit to another ob-gyn. She is extremely professional and knows her stuff. She was able to catch some issues that I had and make a plan to fix them quickly.
Was very nice and listened to me health wise and explained to me everything I needed to know and the advice they talk to me about was very helpful thank you and the staff and nurses was very nice and excellent thank you
Dr. Elder is very knowledgably with a wonderful bedside manner. I've been going to him for a couple of years now for various things, like high blood pressure, ear issues and most recently a concern about possible thyroid cancer. Dr. Elder always takes the time to listen to me and doesn't hesitate to respond quickly if I need further care.
My provider is excellent at her Job, always on top of my needed medical treatments and habits. Dr. Larrissa Lim is Great, honest and direct.
Very quick exam, writes prescription fast the medicine gave me high bp and the other meds made my migraines worse. Doesn’t seem to care at all doesn’t even want to see you just call my NP to make an appt. Very disappointing
