I started going to Dr.Taylor years ago when it was just him and another guy. They were on Oakfield near the post office. I don't care for this new huge "cattle herd" where you go through many starts and stops with tests before you finally see the doctor. Plan on a 2-hr stay. I probably just had my last visit. I'll seek out a smaller practice where it's more personal and you don't feel like you're at the tag office or the DMV. I would give 2 stars but I liked Taylor all these years. Accompanied spouse for appt. We had appt scheduled as 9:15, got there at 9:00. At 9:45, after multiple patients were taken back, we were told there is 1 patient in front of you. After 4 patients were called back and we asked again, receptionist said appt was actually 9 :45. Why wouldn't she have told us that when we first got there? We could have done something else in the last hour that we've been waiting. Poor customer service. I cannot rate doctor as am still waiting to be called back.
