Dr. Olsen is very friendly, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. He listens and responds with care, and explains things clearly. We appreciate him and his staff. All the staff that we come in contact with, his nurse(s), the lab techs, receptionists at Aurora Centrepoint from my experience have been consistently kind and caring. I really appreciate it.
