Dr Olexa is a very rude and condescending person. He will not address any concerns or questions you have. AVOID THIS PERSON.. Don't waste your time with him.
Moved here over 5 years ago and have always had a family doctor that I've stayed with for decades as I grew up and as an adult in CO. I lucked out when I did a Google search and asked people on FB who they recommend. Think he was the 3rd I called and had a good feeling from then on out. His staff is amazing. He actually listens to his patients and takes interest in their backgrounds, etc. A good primary is essential for health (how I've always felt) and not only does he take care of me physically, but mentally as well. I went to Dr. Felted for a TKR. He did the surgery and I had a lot of pain. I could barely walk even 6-9 weeks afterwards. He just acted like I was nuts. I still feel that this knee isn't right. I have no strength in it and constant pain. I can't climb steps even 9 months later. He just poo pooed my symptoms. He could have cared less and acted as if I was trying to get pain meds. Dr. OBERER HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED ME EXCELLENT CARE AND CONCISE EXPLANATIONS.
Thank You Dr. OLEXA and the Team you had in 2018. Replaced Rotar cuff tear and cleaned out the bone in shoulder. Very informative, very helpful,courteus, and thanks to Dr. Tom, I can now throw a football. Havent been able to do that since I was 15, then Heavy Highway Construction for 25 years. RECOMENDED.
He is by far the best doctor in town. He takes the time to listen to you. His staff is courteous and kind. So fortunate he is my doctor!
I don’t know who was worse- the doctor or his aid. They both treated my injury like it was no big deal and had horrible bed side manner. I felt like I was a bother for the whopping 10 minutes I was there. They didn’t take the time to perform new xrays or even bother to look at my injury up close. I was told there was nothing they could do and to tough it out basically. They put the same splint that the hospital put on me but without any dressing underneath of it.
