Did a consult and just recently did a colonoscopy with me at Baptist Health Center in C Springs, he was very attentive and patient with me and called me back with any questions about my procedure, so far so good, would recommend, just his staff is a bit stiff and undiplomatic but finally got them to pass messages over to Doc K.
I’ve been at the hospital for almost a week every morning he came by to check on me and answered all my questions very helpful and compassionate. Very professional and such a team player even for my procedure he was there with my doctor I will give him 5 star review
Stefini L. in particular was rude, disrespectful, unfriendly and quite frankly appeared to be a disgruntled employee. Another nurse by the name of Julia was not much better. Other nurses were very nice.
Dr Kirchner helped my husband with an endoscopy procedure and went the extra mile to get him transferred for additional procedures to another facility. Great doctor compassionate and caring.
Dr, Kirschner I was fine with. He was on time, efficient and had a great bedside manner. The woman I spoke to regarding the coding that was done incorrectly for my upcoming scheduled colonoscopy was so rude and unhelpful I had to cancel the appointment. He needs to have better staff standing behind him. That woman should be fired for her disgusting attitude. There are plenty of people looking for work that people like her should appreciate what they have.
Dr Kirschner is one of the best doctors my wife and I have visited. He is thorough, knowledgable, and a caring doctor. The office is just the opposite. Rude, refuse to do the job they are paid for, and now when making an appointment you have to give them a credit card number. So, now I have to find a legitimate medical facility for care. I hope Dr Seth Kirschner move to a legitimate facility so we can again get great care.
Office did not take temp. Set Kirshner more interested in selling colonoscopy procedure than finding my burst appendix. He should pick a different profession. Stay away.
