Tried to talk to someone about the emergency room. Will not give a number for someone higher up. Was told to leave a message, but never heard back, and probably won't. So sad, A week later and still haven't been able to talk to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from this office. I waited in pain, expecting to be contacted for an appointment after my PCP initiated the referral process, only to find out after I called them myself that they don’t accept out-of-network patients unless they’re HIV-positive. I waited nearly a week to hear back from these people. This crucial detail was never disclosed upfront. This kind of oversight shows a lack of respect for patients’ time, pain, and health. Dr Sullivan is truly compassionate and caring doctor. A rare find indeed. He and his staff make every visit personal. I dont feel like an anonymous patient when I go.
