Dr. Lessner explained the ablation procedure thoroughly, addressed concerns, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Lessner is a great cardiologist. He is approachable, thorough, explains everything as clearly as possible, and is very fast to respond via the MyChart messaging system. He truly treats his patients like humans and genuinely wants to simplify the medical system for his patients as much as possible. He is also extremely knowledgable and if he's confronted with something he's not as familiar with, he does all the research for you. I trust him immensely and would highly recommend him.
Excellent doctor with a great personality!
Really disappointed with Lessner's office. Thoroughly unhelpful in getting me refills for medication I need by requiring unnecessary appointments. The entire interaction between my cardiologist and Lessner's office was a confusing mess from start to finish. Unclear who's care I was under and who was managing prescriptions.
