Dr. Hayes and his assistant were very kind and through. I appreciated their honesty about what surgery would entail and the recovery I would have to endure. I would like to thank them for all they do to help their patience, and would definitely refer others to them.
Dr. Hayes and his assistant was both Knowledgeable and andexcellent in explaining my personal details of my back and possible I thank both of them for their advice in solving my problems
I saw him several months ago. Drove 2 hours thinking I would hear about new techniques for minimal invasive procedures for lumbar spine issues based on Ochsner's reputation. Instead he said, " I will put some screws in and squirt some stuff." I could have gotten that response from any orthopedic doctor 15 minute drive from me.
Dr. Hayes explained the surgery and recovery process. His “bedside manners” seem great! He even showed me a model of the end result of the devices he will be implanting during surgery
