My 20-year-old son had a doctor's appointment and I attended the appointment with him. I honestly feel that I was more scared for the appointment than my child was even though he is an adult now, Dr Hale made the appointment go very smoothly He was very thorough and explained everything and did not walk out of the room until we had every question answered and every concern that we had talked about. Dr. Hale is careful to put me at ease. He explains everything to me in a way I can understand. He allows time for my questions and never seems rushed. I feel at ease with him. The staff also is efficient and friendly.
