I want to recognize Seth Davenport of Gateway Mortgage of his efforts and experience during our refinance process. The process was explained throughly step by step to assure meeting all requirements timely. All of my questions were respectfully answered without delay. Always a pleasure to work with Seth over the past 4 years.

He was always very responsive to any questions I may have had, but more effective in anticipating the questions I was not aware I would have. He is the gold standard in my opinion and someone I would highly recommend to anyone, especially my closest family and friends. Good luck and continued success in your career, Seth!
