Doesnt deserve even 1 star! Very upset with this practice! Made an appointment over 6 weeks ago to see this Dr. They called yesterday to do their pre-visit questionnaire, never mentioning it would change from in-person to video appointment. They called this morning to leave a message saying it was now a video appointment. Why didnt she tell me that yesterday!!!
