Was friendly, welcomed and I felt no pressure. I know what I have and the Doctor with his knowledge just let me know the options I have and that I will still have the decision making control regardless what I choose to do. At one glacé and view of my x-rays the good doctor knew my knees history. Thank you! Also to the ladies at the reception their empathy helps to ease anxiety and even pain.
