I have seen Dr. Banks as my PCP for 4 years now and I would highly recommend!! He is kind, he listens well, and has been especially knowledgable and helpful in regards to my Ehlers Danlos + comorbidities. I have never once felt dismissed by him which says a lot. His staff has always been very kind and accommodating to me as well. I drive in from Nashville just to see him and will continue to. Thank you, Dr. Banks.
Dr. Banks and his staff are amazing! I live pretty far away but he’s the only Doctor that has even wanted to help me with my chronic illness and I have sooo many different conditions. I often feel so bad bc I have so many illness and issues they have to deal with especially with my insurance company but they do everything for me and NEVER act like I’m a bother to them! I can’t speak to the medical ability of Dr Banks, but the lack of any communication from him or his staff warrants this review. As my PCP, all of my diagnostics and results from the doctor who was in office during my medical episode should be available to him. I have never heard a word from anyone at his office regarding the next step in my diagnostics nor acknowledging they are even aware of what’s going on. Dr Banks and his staff have not bothered to contact me in regards to my mother, his patient, being in the ICU for now 10 days. She coded in the ER and was intubated. I called his office on day 1, which was 12/11/2024 after 9pm and left a message. Crickets on Thursday. Friday, I called every number available. I managed to get someone in the billing department who called the numbers available and got no one. An email was sent, no response. I'm now at 10 days and no response from anyone, in that office. I never actually got to see this doctor. I had an appointment scheduled for over 3 months as a new patient. They called to cancel a week before as he would not be in the office that day. After rescheduling for 3 weeks later, his office called me AGAIN on a Friday when my appointment was on Monday to reschedule again. It is extremely unprofessional and frustrating.
