We have been with Dr. Alpert for 8 yrs He has handled more than one major surgery for our daughter's complex issues with amazing skill and zero incident. She remains under his care and we're absolutely grateful for him. He is extremely knowledgable, dedicated, and is always a phone call away if needed. From 2005 to present day, we have never had a bad experience with him. He is always professional, courteous, thorough, and compassionate. We love Dr. Alpert as well as his staff at NCH. They are simply the best!
Dr. Alpert seems to be knowledgeable (our issue was simple, so it's hard to judge) but was rude and arrogant, which is a big problem in pediatric urology, dealing with children and sensitive areas. His nurse practitioners are wonderful, however.
