The office staff was kind, and I felt well cared for during my visit. Dr. Gross took time to listen, and I appreciated the thoughtful conversation. However, the follow-up coordination was disappointing. Conflicting orders, outdated lab references, and lack of clarity between provider notes left me confused about next steps. While I value the care I received during the appointment, better communication and coordination after the visit would greatly improve the overall experience.
