Really enjoying the class! Both the spin instructors I had were amazing, and so full of energy! Made you want to work harder!
I took a spin class with Lisa tonight. I explained that I was injured in a car accident and may not be able to follow. She was supportive and even reassured me during class when I had to modify or skip any of set. When leaving I couldn’t help but stop to enjoy the amazing smell of the location which is beautiful with lots of parking. I highly recommend checking them out.
I've been loving the gentle Yoga and the Yoga flow classes! The Circuit classes always leave my muscles feeling sore in the best way possible!! -Michelle
