Called for a simple door fix on commercial property. Hourly rate was estimated to be $279 for two technicians + (undefined) travel fees. This was agreed upon. The technicians showed up later than expected but were very polite and professional. The job was completed in less than an hour with no parts or diagnosis needed. Cable slipped off and was set back in place. When I received the bill I was charged over $800 for the repair. I called and asked if this was right. We can’t say enough about them. We originally called them out to get a quote to replacing one of our doors. Brian came out was measuring the door. He asked if he wanted to replace this door. I said yes, it has been giving us a bunch of problems. His reply “ not for nothing but there is nothing wrong with this door it in great shape”. He went on to show me all the wrong hinges and rollers that were on the door. We ended up getting a quote for the repair of the door bringing it up to snuff.
