Getting to the point: THEY TOOK MY MONEY, DIDN'T DELIVER ANY SERVICE AND DISAPPEARED WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR A REFUND. Steve Rousseau had promised me a refund over several months and promised that the service would work, that he needed a bit more time. I’ve been working with Set Point for a few months and we’ve gotten great results. We recently went on an appointment from one of the leads they generated for us that the seller turned out to have 7 properties that he was looking to sell off market. I was told about this service by a friend in LA and I had several properties that needed lots of care, in another state. As a real Estate Agent, it's hard to find qualified candidates and expensive.
