I had a ring that needed to be sized and was told by that "other jewelry store" in Blue Springs that it would be at least 2 weeks. I just happened across Set-N-Stones and got my ring back in just 3 days. The owner told me that wasn't the norm, but the owner was so nice to talk with~ he could have told me 2 weeks also and that would have been fine. Something to be said for good ol' customer service! I will be back to Set-N-Stones!
I had a stone in my engagement ring that has shifted and was going to fall out. I took it in to the store and Tony reset all my stones and tightened everything that needed to be tightened. He is customizing a wedding band to fit up next to my engagement band he is very resonably priced. He has custom made jewelry and can make you anything you would want a ring to look like. He was very customer friendly and I will refer everyone I know to him.
