Mea culpa - I loathe clothes shopping. Forced by upcoming travel to face my foe, I was fortunate to walk into Set Me Free. Beautiful, well-made, and well-priced clothes to be sure but the service! Both staff served me with care, patience, and sincere delight in helping me find just the right jeans (ending a years-long wardrobe Waterloo). Many, many thanks. I can't wait to come back.
Set Me Free is one of the best boutiques on Queen East. There is an awesome mix of women’s jeans from multiple brands. Great selection of tops, pants, skirts, dresses etc. from dressy to casual. The quality is good without being overpriced, and they’ve always got something new. They also have fun gifts and accessories. Half my wardrobe has come from this shop over the years. Always had great experiences with owner and staff as well; good for an honest opinion and not the hard sell. Love this place!
Passed by window shopping and was let in early before they open for the day. Such perfect timing because I ended up buying a beautiful sweater and a pair of owl socks. Very unusual finds that I have not seen anywhere else. Exceptional service too.

The space is beautifully curated, with items that are both charming and full of Toronto personality—perfect for finding something special. Hilary was incredibly sweet and helpful.
