disappointed. joined setjet for monthly trips to silicon valley. then learned that the only flights were on sunday and wed. notwithstanding these limitations, tried to secure two trips. the first was canceled due to issues outside set jet control, the second was never secured because set jet suspended without further determinism (the route to silicon valley and with upfront notification). i canceled my membership for services never rendered. this may be a fine service for some routes . it was a disappointing and non efficaci... read more

Nothing like it. We love setjet! Nice jets, great staff and way better then commercial!
They rescheduled three of my flights in a row which caused me a lot of headaches and cost me a bundle in booking a replacement flight. Great flight attendants and planes but I just can’t fly them again until they get much more reliable :( Hoping they improve in the future!!!
