Beware! She cancelled my order 5 days prior to installation without any conversation with me, for no good reason! After 3 months of work on this. I spent way too much time emailing because she wouldn't respond or the communication wasn't complete. Only the first phone call to get me to her shop was allowed (1 star). I had to email her twice just for a bid. I had to wait until 2:30 for 10:30 appointment with the fabricator. Mondays were too busy for her to respond. After hiring 30+/- sub contractors on our custom home, this is the only negative review. Pro’s: 1. The granite slab we chose was beautiful and we felt in love with. 2. The men on the crew were pleasant and tried their best. Cons: After the 50% deposit, communication with the lady owner became weird. Many details of the order were repeatedly forgotten.
