A project snafu led me to Set-In Stone to find a last-minute stone selection. From my initial phone call, through showroom/warehouse tour, and selection (all in the same day), Seth was an awesome resource. He knows the right questions to ask to ensure that you’re getting exactly what you want. When asked about fabrication and installation timelines, he is fully transparent. Overall, very satisfied in my experience with Seth and SIS!
I got in contact with Matt in a roundabout way and he was beyond helpful and informative with some potential repair options for the sink and countertop in my new to me house. I was not a customer of Matt’s at the time and he was so responsive and helpful, just a really nice guy. After mulling options over, I had Matt replace the countertops and sink in my house. We just got granite counters here. Would recommend!
Im not sure why I couldn't get the good customer service that all these other reviewers received. Set in stone messed up pricing from the start, and didn't send an updated invoice for nearly 3 months after I paid the agreed upon pricing and the installation was completed. That invoice had no explanation for the additional pricing either, and they wouldn't answer or return phone calls, or emails. Stick to the big stores, as they atleast take responsibility for when they're wrong.
