Spend 5 hours loading coil. Lots of truck waiting that day. People in shipping office are nice.
I waited 8 hours for them to lower my coil. They only said there weren't many staff but everyone was chatting.
Sat over 2 hours in the parking lot while 4 trucks that pulled up and walked in got unloaded before me I tried asking the manager why is it like that she said its because there coils are a hot load well then why is it when I pulled in the same trucks were still sitting there so it seems to me that they pick and choose who gets unloaded and after I pulled in the bay I sat for another half hour and a truck pulled in behind me and they unloaded him instantly so it’s really bs because it’s 1030 am as I write this I arrived at 83... read more
