Place is a hit or miss. Been here for 4+ hours to unload a Local load smdh
Once you entered this facility you will see a sigh board of check in. Scan it and fill up the form. Then wait in line. Put your Dunnage and coil rack on right spot of your traile. Friendly people working here. Please follow PPE
Spend 5 hours loading coil. Lots of truck waiting that day. People in shipping office are nice.
I waited 8 hours for them to lower my coil. They only said there weren't many staff but everyone was chatting.
