I have had a great experience there, have rented four units for over a year and have appreciated how clean and easy to access the facilities are. I’ve rented climate controlled storage in larger cities and their policies here are very similar and imho, fair.
I have never been given such a bunch of bs since I can remember. I rented in Jan for Feb. Used the site for 2 weeks, cleaned it out spept it out. Took a pic, sent it to you, and that means you have made me pay w my bank card since. You owe me for $30.00 for the past 4 months...you either give me my money, or I will shut my card off. I have never been so upset
