They need to be better at answering the phone and returning calls. Have been trying to reach them and they never pick up the phone nor they return messages.
Was a customer for over 10 years. But since March, they cancelled my policy after I tried to add another vehicle. I've since tried calling and received no answers to either their office line or the owner's phone line. Everything goes to voicemail with no return calls. Showed up at their office today, the sign at the door says "due to security reasons" they're not allowed to let anyone inside. It gives phone numbers to call but they all go to voicemail. They must be out of business?
I have been their customer for More than 20 years and their always there for me.
