I had an interaction recently with Sester Farms and found their product to be very good. However, in a problem resolution call with one of the owners, I was treated with what I felt to be a total lack of respect and of an abusive nature. I realize problems happen and the real proof is in how it is handled. I found a total lack of willingness to work out a mutually beneficial solution and was shocked at the rude and arrogant nature of this person.
