Super flexible and did a great job installing my unit. Worked around my schedule to get the job done. Thanks y’all!
Overcharged for billable hours. Customer service rep was very rude when questioned about the invoice price. Technician was very nice. If you use the service you must get an invoice on site. I was not told the amount by technician before he left got a big surprise $500 to recharge ac unit. they are very responsive. I will give them that.
