Lots of times when I go into pot shops I get accosted by young employees that assume I know what I want and I feel “talked down to” BUT not at Sessions. The employees are friendly and helpful. They will spend as much time needed with you to make sure you leave happy and come back. My hubby picks up for me sometimes and he said he enjoys going into Sessions as they always engage him. In addition, they have a seniors discount every day!
So, they lost my business of 5 to.6 hundred a month....they refused to exchange a battery that I purchased there for 16 dollars and although the receipt was on my file, they refused to offer any type of customer service....they just let me get mad...now I'm out 16 bucks and they have lost my business.......what ever happened to quality customer service????
Came by the store, dealt with Dee. She was wonderful. Store was welcoming, especially with the black partition gone and the windows in the doors wide open. There was a pup in the store and was glad to see you'd rather welcome our furry friends rather than leave them in the car. Good deals and good vibes.
