Great family business. Easy to deal with from start to finish and cater for all your needs. Fully supportive and communicative every step of the way.
Very cloak and dagger about costings, after receiving figures far higher than they had originally quoted, we requested detailed costings, Sessions refused making it impossible to get to contract which we had paid $15000 for , they then went and cancelled the job without any consultation and then issued us with another invoice for another $16000 and refusing to refund us our deposit. After nearly 6 months we are without a contract, without detailed costings and $15000 out of pocket. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
It's been a pleasurable experience, Tim Sessions and his family have exceeded all expectations, he should be extremely proud of the way his family have conducted themselves in the construction of my beautiful new home .
We loved our experience with Sessions from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. We thought building our home would be stressful but Sessions made it so easy. From designs with Rocco, colours with Narelle, accounts with Sammy to our build with Greg and James - all amazing. We also can’t fault the follow up care we recieved. Thank you to the team at Sessions for our beautiful home. We love it.
