I am enjoying my time here so much it is exactly what I feel I needed to motivate me to stay in shape. I was nervous about starting but my first session was amazing And I felt so comfortable. The space is very nice and I'm going to be making it a weekly routine😊 the 2 instructors I've had so far have been great. I also love the different flexible options to purchase a drop in one time session or get multiple sessions.. as well as the different types of workouts you can sign up for throughout the day every day 🫶

Wow! What an incredible workout and environment. Session has been a safe and inclusive space for me to focus on my health amid some of the hardest months in my life. If you’re looking for a place to get fit, healthy and be supported while doing it, the instructors at session are incredible! I’ve never stuck to a routine in the mornings like I have here. Rachel and Kayla have made 6AM workouts an easy routine and I’m the strongest and fittest I’ve ever been with 5 months at session! Kayla always brings out the best old school... read more
