My favourite place to workout. The instructors are amazing. Every class is great and the environment is so positive and welcoming.
Such a welcoming and supportive space with a great & fun method and an even better community. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and create a very positive environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I’ve been attending Sessions since May - first as a guest and then consistently with my own membership since August and I love it. It’s an amazing workout experience and inclusive of all body types and fitness levels. They have tons of options (including different classes types and even in-class modifications).
